Over the next two years, alongside my MBA in Business Psychology, I’m exploring what allows purpose-driven people to trust their ideas enough to build them, take their next bigger step and create meaningful impact without losing themselves in the process.

A group is a place for deeper work: You can practice making the request. Say the thing you’ve been avoiding saying. Take up more space. Receive thoughtful challenge from people who understand what it means to build something that matters.
And when you do the brave thing you weren't sure you could do, your courage becomes evidence not just for you but for everyone.

THE RESEARCH BEHIND THE LAB
My work has always sat at the intersection of the inner conditions that allow people to think, trust themselves and lead well and the outer strategy and systems required to turn meaningful ideas into reality.
I'm currently pursuing an MBA with a specialization in Business Psychology, exploring a question that has become increasingly central to my work:
What creates the conditions for human flourishing, creativity and trust to thrive?
I'm particularly interested in the role of creativity, belonging, conscious leadership and psychological conditions that allow people to do ambitious impact-focused work sustainably.
The Playing Bigger Lab gives these ideas somewhere to meet real life. This is informed by research, tested through experience, refined through what actually helps people move.
