My turning point came an a rainy Thursday afternoon at 2 PM in 2018. I was excited and even more nervous sitting in my first high level mastermind, when my coach asked me a single, powerful question:
"What if you showing up is already making an impact more profound than you realize?"
Up until that moment, I had been hitting an invisible inner ceiling. Despite my expertise, I was still waiting to be "ready" to go for what I really wanted. That question shone a light: that I already had what I needed: My energy. My insight. My values.Â
That realization became the catalyst for everything I do today. I trained with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, facilitated nearly 100 workshops, and eventually founded Your Success Tonic—a space for leaders, creatives, and founders ready to build work that finally reflects who they are.
What I've built, and who I'm becoming, looks nothing like the version of me sitting in that mastermind. That's the point.
