That's the methodology behind everything I do at Your Success Tonic. Built on 15+ years working with businesses and organizations of all sizes, and grounded in insights from professional coaching, neuroscience, psychology, and current business research.

The tonic has two parts —

We apply rigorous business frameworks, StoryBrand strategy, and intentional systems for growth. This allows you to turn your brilliance into a tangible, profitable, and impactful reality. Until you bridge your purpose and vision with a proven strategy, even the most profound ideas stay on the sidelines.
Most other approaches offer a half-measure: either all mindset or all tactics. But the power of the Success Tonic is in the fusion. When you combine inner alignment with outer strategy, you stop forcing momentum and start leading with concentrated power.

Welcome, I'm Nathalie.
I'm an ICF-certified coach, trainer and founder of Your Success Tonic — and I'm part of a growing movement of people who believe that meaningful work and real impact aren't things you earn eventually. They're things you build on purpose, starting now.
My turning point came an a rainy Thursday afternoon at 2 PM in 2018. I was excited and even more nervous sitting in my first high level mastermind, when my coach asked me a single, powerful question:
"What if you showing up is already making an impact more profound than you realize?"
Up until that moment, I had been hitting an invisible inner ceiling. Despite my expertise, I was still waiting for permission to be "ready enough." That question shone a light: that I already had what I needed: My energy. My insight. My values.
That realization became the catalyst for everything I do today. I stopped holding back and started building. I trained with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, facilitated nearly 100 workshops, and eventually founded Your Success Tonic—a space for leaders, creatives, and founders ready to build work that finally reflects who they are.
What I've built, and who I'm becoming, looks nothing like the version of me sitting in that mastermind. That's the point.
