My work sits at the intersection of two questions I find endlessly fascinating: What does it take to lead with integrity at scale? And what actually unlocks human creativity, energy, and trust?

These questions are what my MBA research is built around. I'm developing a framework for leaders and organizations that uses the science of creativity — not as a perk or a nice-to-have, but as a strategic catalyst for the conditions where people do their best, most generative work.

I'm a certified coach, business strategist with StoryBrand expertise, and MBA candidate specializing in Business Psychology.

But more importantly, I understand what it’s like to feel the pull of a bigger vision — and to question whether you’re “ready” to go for it.

That questioning can eat up your creativity, energy, and dim your impact.
