Meet Nathalie
I've spent years working with high achieving professionals who created good results but growing always seemed to come at a high cost. And nobody was asking the question that mattered: "What if success could run on aliveness instead of anxiety?"
This focus around human flourishing has been the through-line of 15+ years of coaching and consulting with founders and leaders working to build projects that drive positive change. It's also the question driving my current research while I'm pursuing an MBA specializing in Business Psychology.
I understand what it’s like to feel the pull of a bigger vision — and to question whether you’re ready to go for it.
