My work sits at the intersection of two questions I find endlessly fascinating: What does it take to lead with integrity? And what actually unlocks human creativity, connection, and trust?

They're what my MBA research is built around, and they're the through-line of 15+ years of coaching and consulting work with founders, creatives, and leaders who are genuinely trying to do something meaningful.

I'm a certified coach, business strategist with StoryBrand expertise, currently pursuing my MBA with a specialization in Business Psychology. But more importantly, I understand what it’s like to feel the pull of a bigger vision — and to question whether you’re “ready” to go for it.
