The thinking behind the experience

My work brings together the psychological conditions that help people lead well and the strategy that helps their ideas take shape.

I bring more than 15 years of coaching and consulting experience, ICF certification, and a background in business strategy and StoryBrand. Alongside this work, I’m pursuing an MBA specializing in Business Psychology.

I’m exploring a question that sits at the heart of this experience:

What helps people trust their ideas enough to build them, while sustaining their energy, creativity, and sense of purpose?

The Mastermind draws on that inquiry and my experience working with founders and leaders. Together, we apply useful ideas to the decisions and challenges you’re facing now.
