03.    Your Personal Leadership Playbook

We develop a personalized plan for growth and effectiveness, customized to what you need. Your Personal Leadership Playbook will clearly reveal where to focus your efforts going forward to get the results you've been looking for.

 

04.    Session Recording

To revisit any time you need a reminder of how far you've come since starting coaching. Clients often choose to repeat the assessments after 6-9 months of coaching to see the measurable progress and impact of the changes they have made with coaching.

 

05.    7 Days of Integration Support

As you begin applying your new insights aha moments will happen and new questions will come up! You receive private text access to Nathalie for 7 days for real-time reflection and guided integration.
